Certified through the Interdependence Project in New York, taught weekly in-person meditation classes at MNDFL’s New York studio, integrating Shambhala Buddhist training, Tibetan Vajrayana practice, and non-dual self-inquiry in the Ramana Maharshi tradition as taught by Gangaji.
